SQL Agent For Arcserve Installation

I've installed the SQL agent for arcserve which went fine and done the configuration as per my default instance but am unable to get Arcserve to recognise that their is an sql agent installed.

The version of sql is 2005 with 11.1 arcserve - does this agent only work with sql 2000 or am I doing something wrong.

All comments really aprreciated.
