SQL Advantage Truncated Rows

I am using Sybase SQL Advantage 11 and for some reason, regardless of the number of returned rows of data, it will only return data up to row # 32,760.

In other words, if I set rowcount to 40,000 and run the query, it will tell me that 40,000 rows were processed. However, only 32,760 rows of data will be returned.

I have tried tweaking the global and session preferences, but that has not done the trick.

I'm wondering if it is an XP problem?

Any ideas?
