We have developed an app that connects to a remote web based sql server via a sqloledb connection in Access 97. <br>The auto dial out via proxy or dun works, the transfer of data and stored procs all works fine but only on a machine with sql installed.<br>I know about the 1033 technet article but i cant get the flippin thing to register it comes up with the error message they say this article avoids!!.<br>I am also not convinced this is the problem, any one who has done this please let me know how you did it!.<br><br>Thanks For any help.<br><br>Cheers Dave
