SQL 7 Replication errors

Hi I'm getting an error with is "the process could not execute 'sp_MSadd_repl_commands27hp' on 3448s04nt4" The number at the end is the server name of the one that is doing all the proscessing, basically the one that would be used as the back up should something happen.

Does anyone know what this means?
