SQL 7 physical layout

We have a RAID 1 server with 12- 9 gig HDD's, visibility of 6 9 gig drives. Windows NT on the top drive. What should the drive map look like (where to put SQL 7, NT paging files, Transaction files, Database)?

Any performance issues having the paging files on the same physical drive as NT, SQL?
