SQL 7.0 Error When Installing SP 4

We have SQL Server 7.0 with Service Pack 2 on it on a Windows NT 4.0 system. We are trying to installed Serverice Pack 4, but we are getting an sp1.sql(1) error and an upgrade failed error.

Does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it. I have searched for information on this, but can't seem to find much.

Got it working, thanks anyway. We rebooted and it worked fine
