SQL 2104 "Check For Updates" Not Listed Under Tools

I have SQL 2014 management studio installed.
"Check For Updates" is not listed under tools.
I've looked thru all of the other menu items.
Don't remember if I set the auto update when I installed SQL.
How do I check for updates and/or get the "Check For Updates" option back?
What am I missing?
Something simple probably.
