You can't.
You should use Import/Export wizard.

Thank's bborissov, I understan, now when a use the export, how to indicate at wizard that data are to SQL server 2000 or how to use the export wizard.

You don't need to.
Whit SSMS:

1. Right Click on your Database
2. Tasks->Export data
3. For source choose your 2005 server and Your database.
4. For destination choose your 2000 server and click on New button to create a new database.
5. "Copy data from ...."
6. Select all tables. If you use any neww 2005 fields types like varchar(max), varbinary(max) you should remap them to old 2000 types, Just click on table where you have such fields and press Edit Mappings button.
Then just keep pressing next :)

Do keep in mind that the Export wizard is not going to give you the same thing as restoring a backup. Your primary key's won't be there, neither will any constraints (defaults, foreign keys, etc). None of your indexes will be there either.
