sql 2005, "profiler" how do i activate

Hi everyone,
In order to trace queries commited by all users, i need to use "profiler" but i dont know where it is to be found and how to activate it.
I'll be grateful for any assistance.

If you are in SSMS:
Tools->SQL Server Profiler
