SQL 2005 Login Error 18456

Hi all;

I've seen this error before, but cannot remember how to correct it.
After install of 2005 when I try to login to the DB Engine I get the 18456 error, no state shown.

I can log into the Analysis and others in the drop-down, but not the engine. User ID is an admin and in all the groups.

Got it.

I reinstalled 2005 and made sure to have authentication mixed and also use the system (sa) account.

After installed, logged in as sa to SQL Server Authentication, clicked on the Security tab and then added my admin account.
This way I can login either via SQL Server Authentication -OR- Windows Authentication.
