Using 'xpsqlbot.dll' version '2005.90.1399' to execute extended stored procedure 'xp_qv'. This is an informational message only; no user action is required.
 
They mean that SQL was starting up and the the SQL Server needed to query the OS vis xp_msver, xp_instance_regread and xp_qv to getting some machine specific settings.

Based on the version number 2005.90.1399 it also means that you need to download and install SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 1 as well as the hot fix that has been released.
