SQL 2005 Client

Hello,

We recently upgraded to SQL 2005 and I have been installing the SQL 2005 client and ODBC on user pc's and laptop. All have been sucessfull except one. When I try to setup an ODBC connection from this particular desktop I get the following error:

Connection Failed:
SQl State: '08001'
SQL Server Error: -1
[Microsoft][SQL Native Client]SQL Network Interfaces: Error getting enabled protocols list from registry [xFFFFFFFF].

Can anyone shed some light on this for me, I have rebooted the pc and tried to re install the client and ODBC but to no avail.
