SQL 2003/ SQL 200n standard

Does anyone know when the SQL 2003/200n standard is due to be completed /released? (or if there even is an expected date yet)
Or a good site to get the facts?

(I haven't found a good, up to date site yet, just using search engines).

SQL 2003 was acknowledged as an international standard about a year ago. The next SQL standard is scheduled for 2007.
