I need to restore a table from a SQL database. I do not need the entire database. (DB is 40GB)
I currently backup the entire tree of the "Microsoft Sequel Server" This is done through the SQL backup agent. As well as parts of C, D, E drive.
Question is can I restore just a table. If so, how?

Info:
OS = 2000 Advanced Server
Backup Software is Arcserve 2000 with SQL agent

SQL 2000 does not let you restore a table. You can however restore a partial database. If your db is broken down into filegroups, you can restore just the one filegroup that the table is stored in.

Thank you ACiDelic. We had a corrupt table in db. I restored whole db across to secondary SQL server. Then just transfered the one table across.

Again, thanks
