SQL 2000 "PDBBTRV.DLL not found"

I'm getting an error "The Library PDBBTRV.DLL cannot be found" when running a report compiled under CR 7.0 using a Pervasive SQL 2000 database client/server environmment. Runs fine on a standalone workstation. Anyone else have this problem?
