Sql 2000 DTS Help!

I am attempting to create a DTS package that
will run an activex script on reciept of an email.
An email is being sent to the server with a comma
delimited file and i need to store this in SQL server
upon receipt of the email. I figured a activex script
in a DTS package would be best but have no idea how to
start. Anyone who can help thank you...
