SQL 2000 and W2K3 Tuning

We have a newly installed SQL2000 server. The server will only host DB's and IIS installed on another server. I am trying to get the W2K3 server as much as possible optimized for database operations. With this I mean things like services that doesn't need to be running and tweaks to the OS. Can anyone please point me towards a document or two that can serve as a guideline? Thanks
