SQL 2000 and NT 4.0

I am upgrading from SQL 7.0 to SQL 2000 on an NT 4.0 server. Will 2000 be stable on this machine or should I upgrade the 4.0 machine to 2000 server?

You should upgrade since nt4 is on the way out and will eventually no longer be supported. but from a technical point, you can run it on NT4 just fine.
