SpywareQuake removal advice sought please

My sons PC has been infected with spywarequake even though NAV 2006 is installed. I've uninstalled it but it keeps coming back. I ran a scan in safe mode but cannot delete it. Advice on removing it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys, I think I've got it sorted by doing a system restore in XP, running a scan in safe mode and at last, it appears to have gone.
