I agree with you it is a very worthwhile read.

BUT,

. I thought they treated the "pay" programs rather poorly; nsclean's BOHclean, and TDS in particular;

. The FAQs offered on this site are pretty impressive; one consistent argument is that you do not use just one removal/scan tool:

But you have to do something. It is just nuts out there anymore.
