Spyware Solution

We are looking at potential Spyware solutions. One was CA Pest Patrol. but CA says that it is NOT Citrix compatible.
How is everyone else dealing with Spyware on the Citrix servers?
Please Fell free to give Pro/Con experiences.
Please sound off of how you manage spyware.

Lock down server during initial build, and forget about it. I've never had spyware on my terminal servers in over 5 years, without using any anti-spyware software.
