Spyware Software

Hi there, we are looking for a product that does at the gateway server level of stopping those spyware coming in on each workstation. Everyday we at least deal with 3 workstations and it takes a long time to clean up. Does anyone know what is the best product out there that does a service from the internet gateway before it starts hitting our users's PC?
We have try Spybot,AD-ware,spysweeper.. you name it, but none of them suit what our needs here. It jumps one user to others day by day. We are so sick of it.

As spyware typically comes in as a standard download which is initiated by an ActiveX control, you could disable ActiveX controls and file downloads via group policies.

Are there any products out there that protect from the gateway instead of protecting individually PC?
