Spyware Removal

I am looking for a corporate solution for the growing spyware problem and I thought I would ask here to see what other comnpanies are using to combat this problem. Any/all feedback is greatly appreciated!

Give Spybot a try, it seems to be the best of the bunch at the moment:

I use both SpyBot Search and Destroy and Ad-Aware 6.0 at home and at work. They both find a couple of things that the other doesn't. I have them set so that I run them as I desire, but I think you can set them to run automatically and behind the scenes.
