Spyware Question: Process name n>tepad.exe

I have a user whose laptop was infected with a LOT of spyware last week. I got it all cleaned up, but there is one thing I cannot get rid of.

This only happens with his logon.

Every time I log on as him, or open Internet Explorer, a process called "n>tepad.exe" starts, and it seems to pop up ads. I cannot find any information on this. Can anyone here help me out? Thanks,
