Spyware...i'm guessing

Well My Computer is Acting Weird It Says I Am Not The Administor even though there is only one account on it and i cant do anything like change my account picture, and i can't see the control panel, and i can't even view my properties of my desktop anymore, i need help now!!!

I noticed several entries for Advanced Cleaner. If this is a program you installed, leave these alone, otherwise remove them, too.

You will need to remove these, at least:
C:\WINDOWS\ALCXMNTR.EXE

O2 - BHO: CIEIntegrator Object - {5C3F6257-3E00-45C2-88D5-CB0F3A17BF0E} - C:\Program Files\AVSystemCare\Tools\pblock.dll

O2 - BHO: IEFW Object - {6F87F145-DC2D-4766-AF03-3A3B96FFAD98} - C:\Program Files\AVSystemCare\Tools\sbiebho.dll

O4 - Global Startup: .protected

O7 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1

Then there are these that you may have to deal with as they are potential problems:
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\shell.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Printer] C:\WINDOWS\system32\printer.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Spoolsv] C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolvs.exe
