Well, I first was mentioning several things, but I think I'll keep the list short for now.
[ol][li]make sure your AV and Antispyware apps are up to date.[/li]
[li]Download and install Windows Defender if you have not already[/li]
[li]According to this Yahoo thread, you can download SDFix, install, reboot, start Windows in safe mode, and make sure you're logged in under an Administrator account, and it will apparently remove this specific threat.[/li]
[li]You can also try or another free online scanner.[/li]
