Are you running XP?
If so, I'd wager you're not disabling system restore before running any removal tools.
Do so, else you will continue to have such problems.

Maddawg, I am just curious if that resolved your problem. I don't get dialer, but a few instances of DSO EXPLOIT all the time. Ever since I upgraded to XP. And I did disable system restore. It's been occuring for months-I just haven't had time to address it, since it doesn't seem to be a problem....yet!

DSO Exploit is something Spybot won't remove correctly right now. Last I heard, he knew about the problem, and would provide a fix next release. As for Dialer, does Spybot give you some more information? It should, such as path the executable, or if it is detecting a registry key/value, it should give you the full path to it in the registry. Can you copy and paste that information?
