SPU2 IVM categories

Are somebody has file description of categories (cat00.dat and cat01.dat, what corresponds VCAT=00 and VCAT=01 in MD110) for integrated voice mail on SPU2? There are 40 bytes in each of them. I have guessed, that the bytes ##6...9 set the size of a mailbox (hex 0384 = dec 900 seconds = 15 minutes, hex 00F0 = dec 240 seconds = 4 minutes). But what means remaining 36 bytes?
I need to make "release" following the "Welcome" message.

No way, as far I know (maybe not much?)
