SPS search works but not WSS search - 2 dbs?

Hi, my SPS search works but WSS search doesnt, SPS searches will return things from WSS sites. I have a feeling it may have started after I had to do a restore of the portal. Anyway I found a helpful post that says to go to the STS_servername_number db click on full text catalogs, then double click on ix_sts_servername_number if the Item Count and Catalog are 0 then right click on the full text catalogs and rebuild all catalogs and click yes.

I have done this and the item count went from 0 to 4.

However I have 2 dbs called sts_servername_number but the other one has another number at the end. The other one also has a lot bigger numbers in it. I think I only had one up until the restore.

What should I do to fix this..?

I forgot to mention I have also reregistered query.dll and tquery.dll

My apologies all sorted now. I've had a few glitchy things happening lately all to do with SQL2k but I unchecked the Full Text Search option in WSS Central Admin, clicked OK. Rechecked it and clicked OK, now it all works.
