SPS Data Backup & Restore

Hi,

when I use the SPS Data Backup & Restore, and I try to connect to the portal I get the following error message:

"Cannot complete this action.

Please try again! "

But when I surf to then I see the page, but the links like Manage user, don't work.

WSS works fine and is fully accessible and completely working.

Does anyone has an idea of what to do?
