What experiences have users had with SPS Commerce serivces such as EDI Testing and Certification or AFT data transmission setup? Is there another company that provides the same EDI/Web services?

I really look on them as a gate keeper to my customer. They provide a limited service when I have to be approved by them. The issue is that they send me EDI documents with test data, not real customer data. When I feed them back EDI documents, I generally don't have time to set test data up in my system (i.e. customer name & address, products in the product master). So I end up using a file utility to modify the data I send it to them in 810's and 856's etc. Well, not perfect, but it keeps everybody happy.

bobpr, what trading partners/customers are you using SPS to test with?

Most of the problems I've had with SPS is the software they use to test with. They apparently have an automated process and run the EC data through it.
When they try to run the wrong document through the wrong analyzer (ie, an 810 through an 856) , you can imagine what happens. Then they'll try to make that count as a test (You get 2 and then they charge you more)

Good luck and my sympathy
