SPS 2007 mysite link to Microsoft Office

We have just set up sharepoint 2007. For one user when they go to the my site and click yes to the pop-up asking to configure their personal site with Microsoft Office (adding my site to save as options etc) it crashes internet explorer. It only happens on their tablet PC. If they logon to another PC it sets up the my site/office link fine.

Any suggestions on what settings on the tablet might be causing the problem?
