SPS 2003 to SPS 2003 Migration

My organization is wishing to migrate its existing SPS2003 site to a redesigned site with a different structure onto a new SPS2003 site. I have heard of several products including Syntergy's Bulk Loader, Metalogix Migrator, and Tzunami Deployer. We also need to edit some of the metadata duruing migration.

Has anyone tried this before? Would any of these products help us accomplish this task.
