Hi

I've got a DB set-up in Access 97.
there needs to be some target/actual figures built in to specific projects, within the Database.
there needs to be a frequency field i.e. quarterly, half-yearly or annually and a duration field i.e. any combination between 1 and 5 years e.g. year 1 and year 2 or maybe just year 3 or all 5 years.
I then would like a form to be created from the info the user has selected, so for example the user chooses quarterly and 5 years and a form appears showing 5 years and 4 quarters for both target and actual. the user then adds data to each individual cell.
The other problem is the format of the field may be a date, may be a percentage, may be yes/no etc

I haven't got a clue how to go about this
any ideas/sample scripts would be much appreciated

Connor
