spre code

try to use spre code + feature code, like call forward or speed dial on digatal phone type 3902,it dosent work. i get busy tone when dialing the spre prefix (1) + 74 or 73.

I did it before on option 61 on analouge phone.
the switch type is 1000E RLS.5.

Spre codes are really for analog phones

SPRE + 74 is for Call Forward. On a digital set you have a CFW key so you can't use SPRE + 74

SPRE + 73 is for System Speed Call. But the example TN you gave is not assigned a System Speed Call list (SSU), so you can't use SPRE + 73 on that phone.

A digital phone must use a feature key for Call Forward and personal Speed Call.
Spre codes 1+74 and 1+75 will not work on a digital phone.
A digital phone can use 1+73 to access a System Speed Call list if you enter the list number at the SSU prompt on the phone print out.

You could replace the TRN KEY with a CFW KEY and use the A06 CONF KEY to do a transfer.

as i know the TRN KEY IS A FIXED KEY , can`t change it.

but what i understand from all your replayes that we can`t use the features code with digital phones??? ? a just with analouge sets they can use???

That be true, that's why 3902 are used in reception areas and such. One line very few features

i need the features code here cause this customer has jus 3902 phones, and as u know it has just one DN key , 3 flexible features key, and 2 fixed key for TRN, MWK .

You can put CFW on key 1, 2 or 3. I would suggest changing key 1 to CFW.
You can use SPRE + 3 for Call Pickup instead of RNP.
