Anybody else using the SpotOn/Appetize POS system?
Their customers include Live Nation, LSU, Dodger Stadium and Urban Air. They purchased Appetize POS which is the POS we originally implemented. I don't know if we are seeing the effect of "growth at any cost" from this company or we are just too small for them to care, but for the last 18 months, our bank deposits have consistently been over from the POS reporting. In other words, the software is dropping orders. No matter how many times we report this Tier one support uses the same support script to try and add the orders back in. Often they are unable to do this.
