Sporadic problem in VFP6

Hi all

I sometimes have this problem whereby I can't close a form when I'm running it.

It happens usually after a "crash" (ie., I get a 'variable not found' message or something, and I elect to *cancel*). I can't get rid of the form - the close button is disabled, and my own exit command button doesn't work. I can get to the command window (usually), but canc, close, etc have no effect.

I end up having to do the three finger salute, and restarting VFP. Is this a problem anyone else has come across?

Hi!

Allow you error handler to open trace window when error occurs (using set step on command) - in development mode only. When trace window opened, you usually can cancel program or Ctrl+F2 to command window always. In command window type following:

CANCEL
CLEAR ALL [EXTE]
Some transactions might require ROLLBACK coomand.
Some data might require tablerevert() command.
