This is a mystery. The caller ID seems to work only 40 % of the time - even when replacing the Partner Processor with a brand new from Avaya unit. It happens across multiple lines.
It started after they had a water logged manhole or something and a couple lines even went dead and were restored. Its in a somehwhat rural, exclusive part of Illinois (Barrington Hills). With a basic GE home phone with CID display, it works all the time, but not with the partner.
Also the local provider is not ATT, and gets sub standard support from ATT when there are issues like this. Any ideas?
