Spoolsv.exe Application error

The instruction at “0x7c911ec3” referenced memory at “0x0036100a”. The memory could not be “written”

Click on OK to terminate
Click on Cancel to debug the program.



(Clicking cancel does nothing).

Works ok if we have the print spool service turned off. But then he cannot print.

Help?

Try this....

Stop the Print Spooler service. Navigate to the C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS folder and delete any files in that folder. Restart the Print Spooler service and try again.
