spooling problem

i'm having problem with my system. After i submitted a spool to print queue it prints but the job number for report still remain on the system (lpstat command).
anyone who encountered this problem.

Have you tried stoping & restarting the qdaemon?

stopsrc -s qdaemon
startsrc -s qdaemon
