I had been informed that Spooler32 error is a Win95 error. So, I ensured that all of my printers have the latest drivers for Win95. I even bypassed the spooler and get the users to send jobs directly to the printers. And I allocated enough printer memory matching that of the printers. None of these steps worked or helped. One thing that I observed is that I never had Spooler32 errors prior to installation of Lotus SmartSuite97. Any workstation that does not have SmartSuite do not have this problem.
