In my zonealarm, it pops up saying if I want to allow spooler Subsystem App. What is Spooler Subsystem App?

Also, it pops up to ask for common client cc app. What is common client cc app? Thanks.

common client cc app is usually used by Norton AV, as geordie said. Allow it access.

When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.

Hi, i just reformatted my system and as far as i know there should be no issues... prior to the reformat i never saw this zone alarm message before.. now it comes up constantly. the same message as the beginning of this post.. spooler subsystem is looking to access the internet???

Hi, ngaisteve1,

> What is Spooler Subsystem App?

The Spooler (Spoolsv.exe and other *.DLLs) are responsible for managing spooled print and fax jobs.

You should allow Spooler SubSystem App access, though normally it is automatically configured by ZA.
