spooler service problem

Hi all,
I got Tru64 box and currently connected about 650 printer which using tcp515 spooler service.They were working well but since 2 week i am having an ennoying problem.When users enters for print something from the application system sends them to spool directory quickly as i want but printers are prints them 10 minutes after than users sends.
I have tried with changing ethernet_mode to different types like full-duplex&half-duplex.But i am still having this problem.And strange thing is everything works well even our network connection quite fast but only spooler service doesn't work fine.
Is there a parameter of connection count of spooler service.? Or any idea to fix this problem please?

hi all,
I have fixed this problem and want to share solution and what was the problem .

Problem was on switch.We have changed the switch which Tru64 box connected on.And changed to ethernet mode auto_negotiated Fast mode from console mode.And we are not having anymore problem.
