Spooler Error

On our NT Server the spooler has stop working.
We have stopped the service and tried to restart it, unfortunatly it will not restart displaying the message 'Error 0012, The access code is Invalid'

Please help.

Have you checked the spool folder for any corrupt or locked files. When this happens to me I usually find deleting the oldest file in the folder will allow the service to restart
