Hi,
I have an office PC where she keeps experiencing Spool32.exe crashes whenever she prints to a network printer.
I've tried turning off the spooler by telling all jobs to print direct, not through spooler - but it still happens.
Is it possible to use System File Checker (sfc.exe) to reload spool32.exe from the Windows installation CD, in case it's corrupted and I need a new copy. I tried, but it forces me to tell it where spool32 is - and I don't know.
Can you help?
Regards,
Jay/UK
