Spool only result data, not table headers etc 1

Hi all

I'm trying to spool a .txt file that contains the results of a select statement, but I don't want the table headers, or the page breaks. Is this possible & can any one point me in the right direction.

if you want to make sure it is all on one line do

SET LINESIZE 180
