Spool file staying in spool and device ended after printing

i installed a Xerox device (Xerox document centre 440 ST) on my network.

Here is the device description :

The outq has been autatically created when i created the device description. I didn't changed the outq parameters.

I send spool file on it from an AS400.

The spool is printed without problem, but the spool stays in out queue after printing, and i have no message on the spool file telling me that the spool has been printed.

There is more : after the spool has been printed, the device is ended. i've to start it (from AS400).

I have no problem when i send the same spool file on another printer.
