spoofing attack

I have a summit300 connected to an alpine3800.

In the log af my alpine I see:
Possible spoofing attack from 00:04:96:2d:a8:40
this adresse MAc is in port 23 in the summit300.

all traffic is blocked
I disable a port, all is Ok

Is there a method to resolve this problem ?
