spontaneous BO-closure

Hello All,

Some strange things happening here. We recently got a major upgrade from Win NT 4 to XP.
Also business objects (5.1.6) is now made available via Citrix instead of local installation. When using the copy all function (under the edit menu) Business Objects shuts down automatically without any error messages.
Has anyone encountered this problem or got an idea what's triggering this application closure?

It turns out that the above mentioned problem is a known bug with Citrix in combination with BO 5.1.6. Citrix can't tell which clipboard has to be opened and shuts down automatically. A work around is available by starting up Business Objects clipboard. This would have been fixed in a new release (hear say).
