SPM Connection Problem

Recently my company upgraded the computer system. When we changed out the computers SPM (DOS Version) would no longer function. After you press any key to continue the middle screen goes blank. I have contacted expanets and avaya and they keep telling me it is a problem with the com port. However all tests on the com port show it is functioning properly. I am at a loss! Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Verufy that you are using the proper com port, use the "NT" version of the "DOS" SPM if your operating system has changed to Win 2000

Or you can go to this link and download the latest Windows SPM R5 and Patch to R6 and if you have an older Legend system defaults back to look just like MLX20 and you can use the mouse awesome.

To add to this one, I have the R5 and R6 patches and still does not work with windows 2000. It tries to connect and never makes it. My R3 on windows 98 works fine! Help on this one please!!!
